We will miss you . . .

My Grama Loly, Great Grama Florence & me.

I will always remember the beautiful flowers she grew, the amazing rocks and artifacts she collected and her undeniable independence. She was also an amazing and quite accomplished painter. I know that Grama Florence is in heaven now. :) I am so thankful for having such an extraordinary woman as my Great Grama!

Leo also lost his one and only Grama last year. I was lucky enough to get to spend some of her last days with her. She reminded me of Grama Florence. She was also very independent and knew exactly how she wanted things done. I feel blessed to have gotten to meet here before she died. I also feel very lucky to have all 4 of my Grandparents.

We will miss you!

Wow! That's a lot of snow!

We've had more than our usual snow this year, in fact a lot more. We had about 12 inches in our yard and on the hills above our house we found snow up to our waist. On Christmas night we took our family for a drive up in the snow. LaLa and Hilo love the snow!

I guess you could say that Leo loves the snow too!

This is on top of Prairie Mountain, about 15 miles from our house.

After the snow from Christmas melted we received more snow just in time for the new year.

Did you know that flamingo's love the snow?

This is our driveway, there was so much snow we had a bunch of limbs fall down.

Since there was so much snow Leo decided to try his snow board. :) I knew this would be exciting!

Looking good Leo! Maybe he should go pro! If he isn't snowboarding or looking for snow he's trying to get our Honda Truck stuck.

Looks successful! I don't go on these wild adventures. Getting stuck just makes me feel like freaking out. It must some type of guy thing!
